-
2004-11-19 Easement To BC Utility Water Intake Pumphouse & Entry
-
2016-04-14 Main Investors Duplicate Deed To POA – Water Intake Pumphouse Land (Tract-X-1)
- 2016-04-14 Big Canoe Co Duplicate Deed To POA – Water Intake Pumphouse Land (Tract-X-1)
NOTE: The Main Investors Deed “SOLD” the property for $250K. (See MI PT61). The Big Canoe Co Deed gifted the property ($Zero Value). (See BCC PT61). The problem is that Main Investors had NO Ownership interest at the time (see the 2002-11-01 Deed above, in which MI transferred the land back to BCC). The “Sale” from Main Investors may have been tied to an IRS Tax Scheme involving writeoffs on the Conservation Land (that Water Intake Pumphouse is located on). Tract X-1 is the specific tract in both duplicative deeds. X-5 was also duplicated in the transactions, so worth looking into as well.

Big Canoe POA pretends to sue Big Canoe Water, but it is all for show, as POA Pres. Phil Anderson secretly negotiates a surrender, and bad deal, for the community prior to dismissal:

- 2018-02-23_1st Extension Time To Answer (2018SUCV0009)

* publicly filed as the “Answer” * - 2018-03-22_3rd Extension Time To Answer (2018SUCV0009)
- 2018-04-10_4th Extension Time To Answer (2018SUCV0009)
- 2018-05-01_5th Extension Time To Answer (2018SUCV0009)
- 2018-05-08 Voluntary Dismissal Of Case by POA
* “Answer” never even filed. POA ran up our legal bills, and gave the Water Company a free pass. It was for show to say, “Look at how the POA is fighting so hard for you”. It was betrayal.
